Your First Visit to Our Colorado Springs Practice
New patients often remark how comfortable our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer a state-of-the-art chiropractic environment.
In preparation for visiting our office, please remember to wear clothing you are comfortable in (and that you're comfortable being treated in). Refrain, if possible, from wearing perfume as a courtesy to others who may be sensitive.
When you arrive at our office, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff who treat you like a valued family member. You'll check in with the receptionist and be given paperwork to fill out if you haven't previously filled out your forms by downloading them here. You should remember to bring your insurance card if you are interested in having us bill your insurance for your care.
You should expect to spend one hour with us on your first visit because we thoroughly examine you and take time to record your health history. We often perform a variety of diagnostic tests and take x-rays on the first visit so that we can provide you with a thorough picture of your current state of health. On a case by case basis, we may also adjust you on this first visit.
When you have completed the new patient process, you will schedule your next appointment with the receptionist and will be introduced to our prepaid plans and any other questions you have about the clinic will be answered.
